Having worked in a Nurture room for 6 years and embedding a Whole School system around SEMH, I know how time consuming and daunting it can feel when you want to add this layer of critical support.
I can work with you to understand your vision and advise on the simplest but most effective way forward for you and your school.
I have a flexible approach and can support with everything from setting up a safe space or sourcing local knowledge around support available to record keeping.
The first step would be an initial assessment which includes a visit and a written report outlining your vision, what is currently in place, what is working well, training needs and areas identified that require improvement.
