Dedicated to supporting staff in Education through Supervision, Training and building SEMH Infrastructure
Having worked in Education for a number of years and seeing the growing demand placed on schools to provide mental health support for young people, alongside a lack of support for staff in dealing with such difficult situations, I decided to use my knowledge and skills to support those who are supporting others.

As a qualified Counsellor, I have a passion for making a difference to people's lives but I discovered that is not restricted to the therapy room and can come in different forms.

With this in mind, The Yorkshire Consultancy Co. was created.
A collaboration of therapeutic understanding and educational knowledge, training and lived experience.

Staff Supervision
I have first hand experience of the devastating and challenging issues that school staff deal with on an increasing basis. And with the increased profile of mental health first-aiders in workplaces, are you protecting those staff?
I offer a variety of options to meet your needs.
Training Courses
I offer bespoke training courses which are aimed at school staff, Counsellors or anybody wishing to look at alternative ways to open communication with children. All courses are designed for small groups and are at my office, set within the beautiful grounds of Nostell Priory. Alternatively, in-house training for staff is available depening on your requirements.
